Cushion Sanders

• All sander bodies are CNC machined from high quality aircraft grade aluminum.

• All shanks are hardend steel and are machined press in for durability.

• Each sander comes with a metal template and key for easy paper changing.

• 1/4" shank sizes come with 150 grit cloth backed sandpaper.

• 1/8" and 3/32" shank sizes come with 240 grit cloth backed sandpaper.

• Repairs and Replacement rubbers availiable.

We have 4 sizes to Choose from:

• 1/4" shank 3" length x 3/4" width

• 1/4" shank 2" length x 1/2" width

• 1/8" shank  1" length x 1/2" width

• 3/32" shank 1 1/4" length x 1/4" width
